Special Needs

Tick anything that applies to anyone in your household. These items appear as specific reminders in your plan.

Step 4 of 5

Rally Points

Two places your household will meet if you get separated. Choose them now — not during an emergency.

Local rally point: somewhere within 2–5km you can all walk to if needed — a neighbour's house, a local park, a school.
Out-of-area rally point: somewhere you can all drive to if your area is evacuated — family home, friend's place, a town outside your hazard zone.
Step 5 of 5

Ready to Generate

Your personalised emergency plan is ready. It includes hazard-specific action sequences, your contacts, rally points, go-bag checklist, and official numbers. Print it and put it on the fridge.

After printing: Give a copy to every adult in the household. Put one copy on the fridge and one in the emergency kit. Review the plan every 12 months or after any major emergency.
